What is Syncremedies Healthcare?
Syncremedies is the parent company, which offers corporate employee wellness programs, home care services, and an elderly care program (CareUnified). CareUnified is a Brand under Syncremedies.
Why did you start this program?
To support elderly parents in India while their children live abroad. Our goal is to ensure they receive the right care at the right time.
What does the Care Manager do?
- Acts as a single point of contact for all healthcare needs 24/7.
- Schedules doctor appointments, coordinates with specialists, and assists with hospital visits.
- Manages services like medicine delivery, lab tests, and physiotherapy.
- Provides regular updates to you about your parents’ health.
What does the GP doctor do?
- Available 24/7 for tele-consultations.
- Recommends home visits by doctors if needed.
- Conducts health assessments and prescribes treatments.
What if I cannot reach my Care Manager?
We will provide you with an alternative phone number to connect during the enrollment process.
What are the Care Manager's responsibilities?
- Booking doctor appointments and managing healthcare services.
- Assisting with hospital and doctor visits (in-person) and coordinating service providers.
- Regular check-ins with your parents.
What will the Care Manager not do?
- Household chores or caregiver tasks.
- Staying at the hospital overnight.
- Responding to NRI calls at night.
Subscription Plan
Is there a fixed subscription plan?
The Subscription plan is customized to the customer’s needs. We do not have a fixed-price plan. CareUnified offers flexible, usage-based support. You choose the services you need and pay only for what is used.
The Care Manager will come to your home to do an initial assessment of your medical condition and the support needs. Based on the assessment, we will determine the pricing of the subscription plan.
The pricing for the Initial Assessment is Rs 799. This amount will be deducted from the final subscription plan price when the customer enrolls into the program.
Is support available 24/7?
Yes. Our team is available 24/7 for coordination and emergencies.
Can I request a specific service without ongoing care?
Yes. You can request individual services such as home visits by a doctor, nursing, physiotherapy, diagnostic tests, medicine delivery, etc., without long-term commitment.
How do I request a service?

Do you offer a free consultation?
We offer an initial Care Manager assessment at ₹799. This amount will be fully refundable upon purchase of a Careunified subscription.
Who will be my point of contact?
A dedicated Care Manager will coordinate services and provide updates.
How does billing work?
A clear estimate is shared before starting, and invoices are provided for every service. Services are billed in advance for the year.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds. Our Care Manager or Program Manager will address any concerns and provide solutions.
Can I get free consultations for both my mother and father?
Each plan is purchased separately for each parent.
When will I receive an invoice and payment confirmation?
Within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

Contact the Program Manager or Care Manager.
Is support available 24/7?
Yes, Care Manager support is 24/7. NRIs can reach us between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (IST).

How do I book a tele-consultation?
Call your dedicated Care Manager to arrange a tele-consultation with a GP doctor.
How do I book a doctor home visit?
Call your Care Manager to arrange a tele-consultation first. Based on the GP’s recommendation, a home visit will be scheduled.
How much notice is needed for a doctor home visit?
Inform us one day in advance. For emergencies, visit a nearby hospital.
Can appointments be rescheduled or canceled?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or canceled.
How many doctors are in the CareUnified network?
Around 50-60 doctors in Bangalore.
Can you assist if my parents need to go to the hospital?
Yes, the Care Manager will assist with hospital visits and admissions as needed.
